How delivery service works

Our partners at DPD Local are taking care of the deliveries for us.

On the morning of your delivery day, DPD will text you the 1 hour slot when your delicious seafood will be delivered. If you are not home during that slot, do not worry! You can instruct the driver to leave your box somewhere else, like your front door or with your favourite neighbour.

If you want to easily track your order and contact the driver, we recommend that you download the DPD app or use their website.

How it arrives?

Your order will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with icepacks. Your fresh products will arrive chilled and your frozen products will arrive frozen.

Some items will get slightly defrosted, that is normal and you can safely put them in your freezer. It happens because we keep your frozen food in storage at below -18ºC and chilled delivery vans are not that cold. The temperature difference can get your food to defrost slightly, but it is safe since it always stays at a temperature below 0 degrees Celsius.
